You will have the chance to work closely with our HR Business Partner in Germany and support in driving new initiatives and programmes in addition to your daily roles and responsibilities. You will also get the chance to be part of a Global HR Team and interact with colleagues across Europe, UK, U. S and Asia. We are looking for someone is a self-starter and can work with minimum supervision, someone who will take initiatives and has a positive approach. Education and qualification:

  • Bachelor s degree or advanced degree in HR Administration
  • 2 years human resource experience and knowledge in German local labor law, tax and social security
  • Excellent communication skills, analytical and computer skills, time management skills, strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Ability to independently and in virtual teams
  • Eager to take initiative and consistently strive for improvement and support managing organizational changes effectively
  • High proficiency in German language skills in written and spoken and good knowledge of English language
  • Ability to treat all information as confidential and demonstrate a high level of ethics, trust and professionalism



  • Support Talent Acquisition Specialist and HR BP in recruitment coordination in Germany (i. e. set up interviews, prepare contracts and offer letters)
  • Drive together with HR Business Partner the post-merger harmonization process and take active role in continuously improve HR coordination to meet business requirements
  • You will be involved in providing training assistance and support for employee programs like Induction, Leadership Development Programs, Compliance Training etc
  • You will consult with employees regarding employment related matters and provide follow up with HRBP as appropriate
  • You will be responsible for the administration and support of all new joiners/leavers to the Company including preparing contracts, offer letters, coordinating references for Germany
  • You will also get the opportunity to handle employee issues and complaints or investigations in a professional manner. Conducts Exit Interviews for all existing employees - Free Classified Ads in US on Craigslist
